Terms of Service

By accessing and using petter ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
petter is a digital platform that allows service providers to: • Manage customer appointments • Create payment links via Stripe to receive payments • Manage team and permissions • Organize services and pricing The Service includes a mobile application (iOS/Android) and website.
3. Subscription and Payment
• Subscription Model: Monthly plan at €9.99/month (prices in EUR) • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews at the end of each cycle • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in the Admin Panel • Processing: Payments processed via Stripe (payment service provider) • Currency: Payments in EUR or as determined by Stripe • Refunds: No refunds are offered for payments made
4. Trial Period
• Duration: 60 days of free access to the Service • Features: All features available during trial • Expiration: After 60 days, you must add a payment method to continue • Access Blocked: After trial expiration, access is blocked until active subscription
5. Payment Links
• Generation: You can create payment links to request payments from your clients • Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe (third-party service) • Responsibility: You are responsible for the content and legality of payments • Compliance: You must comply with payment laws and local regulations • Fees: Stripe charges fees according to its pricing table
6. Provider-Client Relationship
petter acts solely as a platform for intermediation and management. The service agreement is entered into exclusively between the Service Provider and the Client. petter is not a party to that agreement and assumes no responsibility for (i) the performance, quality, or suitability of the services provided, (ii) payments between the Service Provider and the Client, or (iii) disputes, cancellations, or refunds between the parties. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the services they provide and the related legal obligations.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree that: • You will use the Service only for legal purposes • You will not share access credentials • You will not use the Service for fraud, phishing or illegal activities • You keep the Service in compliance with local laws • You are responsible for your account security • You will immediately notify of any unauthorized access
8. Legal Compliance
• GDPR: In compliance with European data protection regulations • Stripe: Compliance with Stripe's terms of service • Payments: Compliance with payment service regulations • Local Laws: You are responsible for compliance with laws in your country/region
9. Intellectual Property
The petter platform and its content (design, code, graphics) are property of petter. You retain rights over data and content you upload. You grant petter a license to use data as necessary to provide the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS". petter is not responsible for: • Data loss or revenue loss • Indirect or consequential damages • Service interruptions or unavailability • Errors or inaccuracies in data Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
11. Cancellation and Termination
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime • Immediate Access: Access is blocked immediately after cancellation • Data Retention: Data stored for 30 days, then deleted • Backups: We maintain backups for 90 days for compliance reasons
12. Changes to Terms
petter may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continuing to use the Service after changes implies acceptance.
